Source on NTP doesn't work properly (and causes badness)

On win, view page info and view page source are disabled. On mac, they're
enabled. It's unclear why there is a difference.
Selecting them, however, works fine. It hangs the renderer for a while so
the NTP
page appears inactive until it finishes getting the source, but it
eventually becomes
active.
This is with ToT build r29938. It's probably not a release-blocker but i
don't think
we want to expose these items. Taking back to investigate why we're not
disabling
these menu items.
