What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open chrome
2. Chrome will be running multiple processes named "Chrome Helper"
Anywhere from 150 MB to 400 MB of real RAM are being wasted and virtual
RAM is being used up too.

What is the expected result?
Only have one ChromeHelper process

What happens instead?
Multiple unused ChromeHelper processes just taking up space on the RAM
