My biggest complaint is that Chrome's blocker isn't smart enough to  
say "Only allow
onClick popups if the onClick handler cancels the 'load new URL' signal or  
the href is
a fragment reference".

(I hate sites where I click a link and suddenly, I'm looking at my  
custom "This is an
Ad: It is made of fail" 127.0.0.1 404 page (DNS-based ad-blocking) because  
the site
triggered a pop-up to get around the browser's onLoad popup blocking and  
then let the
hyperlink click be handled normally)
