I've the same issue. Freezing up to 10 seconds, when I'm trying to render new page (reload, open new). Page window freezes, but clicking on chrome controls (on top - tabs, bookmarks, adressbar, ..) is working. I tried reinstalling Chrome (stable, beta, dev), stopping AV, reinstalling Flash and JAVA plugin. Tried using start parameters --disable-plugins --no-sandbox --in- process-plugins. Windows 7 RTM updated Core 2 Duo T5500 @ 1.66Ghz 2GB RAM NVIDIA GeForce Go 7300 Nothing worked. This problem started for me from about start of October. I suppose there is conflict with another software. We can determinate, what it could be.
