http://build.chromium.org/buildbot/perf/mac-release-10.5/morejs/report.html?
history=150, it looks like r31562 caused a 7-8% page load time regression
in the morejs
page cycler. Stuart's backout in r31569 shows all of the lost time was
gained back in
the revert.
