i see these zombie processes too and they are annoying ..making a mental
not to close
chromium every couple of hours to get rid if them is annoying
using chromium version: 4.0.242.0 (31451) updated from svn and compiled
from source code in
release mode.
system spec:
distro: pclinuxos(32 bit distro)
kernel version 2.6.31.3 (compiled from source)
memory: 1GB
processor: 2GHz pentium 4
attached is a file taken of ksysguard after using chromium in a few hours
opening and
closing a lot of tabs .. i have been updating chromium from source almost
weekly and these
zombies have been around for a while now
