Comment #9 on issue 27657 by blackboxxx: REGRESSION: Missing search box in cookie dialog http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=27657
The functionality that existed before was certainly not "buggy". In fact, it was working well and I used it very frequently exactly for searching _inside_ the cookies. Alphabetized list of domains is obviously not a replacement for a filter by name/content. Also, I don't want to start conspiracy theories, but there's a conflict of interest between Google-the-advertising-network and Google-the-browser-developer. This could explain why third party cookies are disabled by default in Safari and enabled in Chrome. If I were responsible for this bug, I would think twice before implementing a change that takes away control of browsing experience from users. -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
