Yes but it doesn't matter if theres a warning because a) people will see  
that it's
iTunes.dmg/exe and think, sure I want to download this, or b) people will  
get so use to
having to click ok when the alert pops up that they would click it before  
even thinking
about their decision. The important thing is that you make it obvious that  
something
has been downloaded. I think Chrome does this better than other browsers  
that have a
separate window for downloads that can easily be lost or closed.
