You can help me investigate this bug by finding out what error is mapped to net::ERR_FAILED. 1. Please follow the instructions at http://www.chromium.org/for-testers/enable-logging to run Google Chrome with logging enabled. 2. Try to reproduce the net::ERR_FAILED error. When you get the net::ERR_FAILED error page, look for a line like Unknown error xxx mapped to net::ERR_FAILED in the logging output.
