I think that this option be avaible inside the preferences is more then enuff for the times that it is used. No need for shourtcut or menu at all. Keep it simple without uneeded menus to be more friendly. In safari for example there are so many options in the menus that i can hardly navegate in theme. (ah, even more that mac have a good help search for apps that when you start typing it show you where it is.)
