It is windows 7 standard install. Never had any issues running chrome on XP sp2. It is also when I am clicking too fast as the page has not reloaded 100%. Hard reboot required and only 50% of the time Chrome restores my tabs. Did a fresh install with Windows 7 and chrome. No other programs other then the same java and flash updates that I was using before.
