I don't know if it has been pointed out, but if someone steal your laptop, he or she doesn't need access to the password to log onto you PC. Just boot with recovery media and open the hard drive. From there, go to Google Chrome data directory and open up the password database and voila... At least, with a master password, he or she wouldn't be able to access the data/passwords.
