@powerjamdjs 60GB is quite impressive! Isn't this a great feature? Issue 11592 was related to automatically clearing old history or cache but was marked WONTFIX because "It's specifically a design feature of Chrome that we keep history for so long." Evidently Google thinks we run our browser's on data center hardware. You might want to star and add your details to issue 16705 which is related to the huge file sizes.
