Comment #46 on issue 6961 by Dreeb83: Double Clicking app window icon doesn't close Chrome http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=6961
This functionality is far more useful for people with two monitors, it is very useful to be able to quickly close any maximized window in either the left or right monitor by double clicking the top-left corner or single clicking the top right corner respectively. It allows you to very quickly close any maximized window because it removes any required mouse precision, simply slide up and to the left and you are where you need to be, then double-click to close, easy, rather than having to take your hand off the mouse for alt-f4, or perform multiple precision-requiring mouse movements and clicks. The lack of this one simple standard windows functionality is preventing me from using chrome. I know it seems trivial, but it matters to me, and perhaps even more so to people with disabilities. -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
