We should loop in someone from Blogger, I'm not convinced it is a webkit/chrome problem, as the behavior seen in Blogger rich text doesn't match default rich text behavior in Chrome. This also does not occur in the new version of Blogger (draft.blogger.com) which should be replacing the editor on main blogger soon.
