I'm uncomfortable with this behavioral change. It's not Windows native
behavior,
it's not supported by other browsers on Windows, and it's easy for a novice
to mis-
trigger and be very confused.
I don't think we should do this, at least on Windows. Maybe it makes sense
in the
Linux build.
