It's not that easily mistriggered, and if you do it's easily figured out. You'll have switched to another tab, and it'll have happened by rolling the scroll wheel in the wrong place. Even if you don't realize how you did it at first, it's easy enough to switch back to the tab you want. No harm done. Simply scrolling on the tab bar is much easier and has a more efficient feel than any other suggestion, including holding right-click.
