Just to add emphasis here, almost everything got a lot bigger, slower, or both. While layout tests can probably be fixed with an open tree, I worry that we shouldn't reopen the tree for general committing with these perf regressions, as they're going to become rapidly harder to trace down, buried in noise, etc. So if you happen to know of things that should be rechecked (e.g. someone mentioned some work Jungshik did several months ago that, if not merged forward properly, could have contributed to the intl1 perf regression), please do look into them soon.
