I didn't see any discussion in this for how we deal with the SSL lock icon
or the warning sign icon.  If we put these icons in the same location, and
allow them to be specified by the bookmarklet provider, then we have a
potential security issue.  It seems like the SSL lock icon needs to be in a
visually distinct place so that if someone else decides to put up an similar
looking icon, the likelihood of confusion is low.  While it's true that we
have other SSL indicators, this is still the one that users have been
trained to look for.
