Most people care less about what code is compiled into an executable than
they care about what code _executes_ in that executable.  DCHECKs do not
normally execute in release builds.  For me, that is not too confusing :)

However, classically, DCHECKs were not even compiled into release builds,
and in post-1.0 Google Chrome builds, that will once again be true.
