I wrote this page (http://code.google.com/p/chromium/wiki/
ChromiumSoftwareConstructionSystem)

Mybe my question is badly formed.

Usually Open Source projects use CMake Construction Tool Kit.
Chromium uses Scons. Why? What's the benefit?

I know that KDE 3.x has used SCONS, but KDE 4.x uses CMake.
So, why Chromium uses SCONS?

I didn't found any useful documentation on the web that compare Scons
and Make.
Only www.scons.org has a comparison table .. but obviously it is'nt
fair.

Thanks.
