Why would adding a bookmark to a folder send an update event about the folder's parent? That doesn't make sense to me. I do think Nick Carter has an interesting point about modifying order by resending the entire list. It does seem like it could be simpler. I don't know how to fit that into this API though. It seems like you'd need a separate function for reordering children objects. Maybe that is OK.
