when you mark an itemm as helpWanted, how is it supposed to work from there ?
for example, i replied to http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=6383 a week ago, saying i want to do it and got to response.... or do you expect one to submit code for review and link it to the help wanted item ?
