Once the SUID of the sandbox goes away, I think it'd be good to have it run
out of the build directory by default with some environment variable type
option for those wishing to compile out of NFS.  Unfortunately, I don't have
any good ideas in the mean time.  :-(

Also, will the try bots and build bots run with the sandbox on?
