I the sandbox like mentioned above but it doesn't seem to work for me:
Symbol `SSL_ImplementedCiphers' has different size in shared object,
consider re-linking
This wrapper can only run /opt/google/chrome/chrome!
If you are developing Chrome, you should read:

It's correctly set to User and I have since done a complete clean
rebuild of the tree, still no joy...
