Somehow, starting today, I'm now rebuilding installer_util (recompiling a
half dozen files, which then causes me to relink chrome.dll) every time I
hit F5. Deleting chrome.{ncb,suo} and rm -rfing Debug/ and Release/ do not
help.
Did someone goof with these recently? Did the ICU change somehow touch
this? It makes my "retest" cycle a lot slower :(
