Darin suggested this to me once.  I really tried to get used to it, but I
can't tell you how many times I forgot to rebuild.  I even tried having it
ask me every time, but that too was a huge pain in the butt.  It's a good
suggestion, but it's very hard to change once you're used to one behavior.
