Given that the ROMs helpfully display who their copyrighted owners are
when you run them, I doubt this is legal.

I notice that Contra gets 40fps on my (Linux) laptop, but feels much
slower than I remember it being.  I wonder if this is revealing any
Linux-specific timing bugs.
