I would think that the toolbar would be a must. Especially for someone like me. I use Firefox (Since Chrome for Mac isn't out, yet) with the Google toolbar and I store ALL of my bookmarks in the toolbar. It would be a real pain to have to have both browsers open and have to open each of roughly 150 bookmarked sites in FF so that I could copy and paste them into Chrome, just to bookmark them.
