I suggest that you allow parents to have the ability to turn off Incognito Mode, for the peace of mind of those who worry about what sites their kids have been on. Many parents will probably not want their kids to operate in secret, and will want to be able to turn off the option of going Incognito.
Also, have you considered options for sending pages and working offline?
