Also, most web filtering programs (e.g. CyberPatrol) that have
facilities for tracking URLs that are visited should not be affected
by Chrome incognito mode. I have not tested this out, but since these
filtering programs work at the level of the operating system and not
the browser, then they should track the browsing history if they are
set to do so no matter what the browser settings. So to monitor web
surfing, it might be best to install one of these filtering programs.
