I completely agree w/ this suggestion.  Exporting is just as important
as importing.

Alternatively: If the Chrome browser were to allow a linking to one's
gmail acct bookmarks (http://www.google.com/bookmarks/) via the chrome
browser bookmarks, this would be more useful and would essentially
eliminate the need for an export function as all bookmarks are already
centralized online.

Also, I realize there is a defined purpose w/ this open source project
to keep the browser search engine neutral (i.e. offering Yahoo, Ask,
etc as alternatives to Google search).  It may be the case the it
could keep the bookmarks neutral by offering to allow users to link
into their yahoo online bookmarks, etc (but yahoo and other engines
would have to expose that functionality).
