IT IS TRUE, PAVEL (cannot use as a limited user).
Again I uninstalled a previous Chrome Installation and manually
removed all related files/folders (as an administrator).
Of course I couldn't install it as a limited user (not enough rights
for installation).
I gave to the user administrative rights and installed it again. It
works when user is an admin.
And finally, when I reduced the user rights back to "limited", I
cannot launch the browser again.
