For a company that wants to say Open Source runs deep in their culture and that they love Linux and Open Source it seems that the Open Source community often times gets treated like a second class citizen by Google. Think about how long it took for them to deliver Picasa and Google Gadgets for Linux is a joke, I would have been happier in that case if they had just contributed to Screenlets.org than to waste my time.
Put your money where your mouth is, dont package together a cut down version of Wine (ala Picasa for Linux) lets see some real initiative to get Chrome on Linux. Until we see Chrome for Linux, probably a better chance of seeing Duke Nukem Forever first, if you like Chrome and the look of Chrome try Chromifox https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/8782 I know its like throwing lipstick on a pig but hey it works --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Chromium-discuss" group.
