I've just tested this on one site with all 3 browsers. FF 3 and IE 7 after hitting Back showed me the previous page, Chrome after hitting back showed me "Confirm Form Resubmission".
I agree that this can be some special security feature of Chrome that it doesn't store any cache of pages (though not very convenient for me). But I want it to be confirmed by someone from Google or by someone familiar with corresponding part of Chromium sources.
