Most browsers implement some form of cache to allow them to re-render the output of the form post without actually repeating the form post. Of course, said cache sometimes lacks the required data, so all browsers will end up sometimes having to ask you to reload. We have not yet implemented such a cache for Chrome, which explains why you always see this error page prompting you to reload. -Darin
