We have been investigating reports of compatibility issues with some
software out there.

Since you can reproduce the problem on two or more different machines on
your network, you might want to look at what they have in common in terms of
what is installed. My guess would be some security software that is
installed on both, but that's just a guess.

A Chrome Diagnostic Utility, you say? I am not aware of any such utility?
Where did you get it from?
