Well, I mean the utility called "DiagnoseGoogleDesktop.exe" that used
to report a crash.

I have no other security sofware installed but Trend Micro Office
Scan.
Looking at the issue id you refered, there's someone encounting the
same problem with Trend Micro Client. And the "--no-sandbox" switch
works.
