The place to download the latest release of Chrome is http://www.google.com/chrome. This particular version (0.2.152.1) you are referring to is a Chromium version that has only been released on the dev channel, which is for those that want to be on the bleeding edge. You need the channel changer to switch to that (see chromium.org). However, issue 2362 was found in 0.2.152.1 and fixed later, just so you know.
