This is obviously one of the most irritating issues. Obviously nobody
want's a different behaviour from what he's used to have. You can't
bring arguments for people to persuade them otherwise. Just for the
record I prefer the MRU approach. I don't thing that this piece of
functionality is really worth an extension on its own like tab mix
plus. TMP offers a lot more. I think that given people have very
strong reactions to the behaviour of ctrl+tab, the best way to go
would be just a simple drop-down box on the options menu that gives
you the choice. A good practice is always, when in doubt; ask :)
