Just out of curiosity: What kind of actions and escalations would that
be that you are going to pursue against *google* in this matter? Well we
hear about it in the prime time news on CNN  etc. when this happens?

If I were you I would just patch my server so that it works with all
browsers instead of trying to effect a change of the protocl definition
and its implementation in all existing browsers. Did you lose your
source code?
