The bug database is what you want. Before posting a new bug, you should
search for duplicates first, such as this one:
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=4829
... and then file a new bug if you don't find any duplicates. Posting bug
details on the mailing list(s) is not productive.
