I suspect these are two separate problems. The Waiting for cache problem is
more recent and I think Ricardo checked in a fix for that already (not sure
- I know he was working on it). The problem with downloads is something I
started seeing some months ago and again a few times last week. That problem
is a server problem, though, and occurs in multiple browsers.
