I believe that when Chrome is not maximized, there is no screen space\real
estate saving, since there is sort of a blue bar anyway.I understand your
point in maximized mode, though I believe the title can show up in maximized
mode in a way that does not occupy space (semi transparent or hovering or
something of that nature).
