If it wasn't needed, why would IE include it?

I need it often. For example, I was looking at a link yesterday that
was a spreadsheet of every bank in America, and their Texas ratio,
which tells you if they are undercapitalized. In one of the columns
was the state with its 2-letter abbreviation. I wanted to see what
Delaware banks were in trouble. But throughout the country, many banks
have "Delaware in their name". It was hard to search for "DE" just as
a whole word search. I don't like IE all that much, but for that
feature, I think it is quite useful.

In another thread, just above this, you said that removing individual
downloads from the download bar is also unnecessary. Not to be rude,
but you sound like a sourpuss. These are small non-intrusive features
that dont bloat the browser and add to a more friendly experience.
Just because *you* find a suggestion gratuitous doesnt mean its
invalid. Given, not all suggestions are great, but one I suggested
which actually got some nice attention and action/ball-rolling was the
'Copy Link Address' when you right-click a bookmark.

I suggested this months ago, and the reply I got was "dude, just open
it in a new tab"....yeah...thats inconvenient. With this attitude, all
ideas are stupid and not necessary.
