Cesareino, as opposed to the situation for Windows OS, bookmark sync does not yet seem to be available for Linux systems (I'm running Chromium 4.0.226.0 (Ubuntu build 30050) on 64-bit Ubuntu Karmic). Let us hope it's released soon !...
