To use your window manager's borders, make sure the "use system title
bar and borders" box is selected, as shown in this screen-shot (option
surrounded with orange box): http://yfrog.com/2pchromiumsettingsp

I doubt they will do anything more than supporting that, though, because
they want chromium's borders to be generic enough to work on most
desktop environments. But if someone knows better, feel free to correct
me.
