You can manually sync them from google bookmarks to chrome by
exporting/importing them.

Google bookmarks: "export" link at the bottom of the left nav

Chrome: Bookmark manager (ctrl+shift+b) > tools > import

Imported bookmarks will not overwrite your existing chrome bookmarks.

Additionally, if you use chrome's bookmark sync feature, your chrome
bookmarks will be available in Google Docs (from any computer).
