Hmm, I didn't realize it had been dropped from the specification,
that's very disappointing!
I hope Chrome is able to do the same as it has with other features
(lets talk javascript speed?) and implement it and have all other
browsers follow suit... Either way we'll have to wait and see; very
excited to see it already implemented on Win and set for the m5 builds
of Linux and Mac!
P.S. I tried out Chrowety, was very pleased when the notifications
appeared; this ads a whole new dimension for extensions to interact
with the user.
