Hi,

I do not wish to restart due to lack of performance, in fact I moved
from Firefox because Chrome had the better performance.
I used the restart function in firefox a lot and I would just like to
add this feature, especially once an update has been run on Chrome.
Instead of needing to close and then reopen the browser, I would just
like to click the restart option and it does it all for me.

Regards,
James
